Remote support with UltraViewer
When our team needs to see your screen to help fix an issue, we use UltraViewer — free, safe, and only active while you choose to share.
- 1Click the button above and run the downloaded file — no installation required, it opens straight away.
- 2UltraViewer shows an ID and Password under “Your ID”. Keep this window open.
- 3Share that ID and Password with our support agent — via your open ticket, WhatsApp, or a call.
- 4We'll connect and you'll see everything we do on your screen in real time. You're always in control — close UltraViewer any time to end the session instantly.
- 5Once we're done, just close the window. Nothing stays installed on your PC.
Frequently asked
How do I pay an invoice?
Open Invoices from the menu, find the outstanding invoice and click Pay. You'll be taken to our secure payment portal — no login needed. Paid invoices are marked automatically.
Where do I manage my hosting or open cPanel?
Go to Services and select the service. From there you can open cPanel or webmail in one click and view its details — no separate password to remember.
How do I register or manage a domain?
The Domains page lists your domains with their expiry dates and lets you manage DNS. To register a new domain, use the Shop.
How do I log a support ticket?
Open Support (Tickets), click New Ticket, describe the issue and submit. You'll see our replies here and get notified — it's the fastest way to reach us.
How do I accept a quote?
Quotes we send you appear under Quotes. Open one and click Accept to approve it — we'll take it from there.
How do I reset my portal password?
Go to Profile → Change Password. If you're locked out, use “Forgot password” on the login screen or log a ticket and we'll help.
What are your support hours?
Standard support runs during business hours. SLA clients get priority response times and a dedicated WhatsApp channel — ask us about SLA support if you'd like faster turnaround.
