How many client accounts can I host?
As many as your storage allows. Each cPanel account requires a licence, billed separately.
What is the difference between reseller and dedicated?
Reseller plans share a managed platform with other resellers. Dedicated hosting reserves a server for your accounts alone, for larger portfolios or clients with compliance requirements.
Is there an uptime guarantee?
99.9% uptime, with pro-rata credits if the guarantee is missed.
How does billing work?
Hosting is billed monthly in advance. Your invoice is issued on the 25th for the following month and is due by the last business day of the month. Your first invoice covers the days remaining in the month you sign up. There's no contract — you can cancel with written notice before the 20th, effective at month-end.
